TI2016 not working any more. How to claim a refund?

I am really upset with Acronis TrueImage.

Already version 2015 caused me regular issues and since the upgrade to version 2016 the siutation has become worse. I had to redefine all backup definitions every few weeks because this thing somehow again and again corrupted its DB. My requests to support, how to fix this and get this working stable were ignored - no reaction.

Since 3 weeks this darn program doesn't even start up any more! I de- and re-installed twice now, but when I start the program it shows up as running in TaskManager but there is never any UI coming up! No window - nothing! This program has become a big No-op!

I am upset and I want a refund! What's the location and the process?

After selecting Customer Care, then select "Personal Product Refund"
