Transfer of license

Thread needs solution

 One of my PC's died.  I'm trying to find out how to cancel that license and install Acronis True Image 2016 on my new PC.  I tried "Chat" but 12 minutes with no reply?  I tried "E-Mail" but after clicking on submit, went back to fill in screen?

  How can I contact someone to get that license transfered?

You shouldn't need to contact support to transfer your license if you follow the steps shown in KB document 56553: Acronis True Image 2016: "You've exceeded the maximum number of activations for this serial number"

Thank you Steve, that did the trick and it really wasn't hard to follow the instructions.  Thank you again for that KB document number.  I didn't see a place to close this thread and give you an at-a-boy for your quick reply
