Transferring single licence to new PC User name/password not accepted

Thread needs solution

My laptop died the other day with Acronis True Image installed. I have installed Acronis True Image 2016 on my replacement laptop. I can, on the new laptop via MyAccount access my details and see the defunct PC, so my e-mail address and my password are correct. But when I access True image on new PC and try to move the registration to it, the dialogue box does not seem to accept either my e-mail address or my password.

 

Can anyone help please?

wunay, sorry but we cannot help with issues related to serial numbers, registration, email addresses, activation etc here in the user forums - we do not work for Acronis and are just users ourselves.
