Trial License?

Thread needs solution

I DL'ed the trial version of True Image 2016.  I installed OK,  but I'm when asked for license keys.  I never received them.  The product help says 'keys are either in mailbox of product box'.  They are not in my personal email (if that's what they meant), and I don't know where the product box is.  Help?  TY.
