True Image 2016: NAS backup process is now at a crawl, if it does not fail
Using TI '16 to back up a network NAS (1TB) to an external usb backup. Used to work fairly well, but now times out and fails. Trying now to an internal SSD, but while it has not failed, the remaining time is now at 1 day 16 hours and only at 95 GB. This is via an ethernet connection. Downloaded the MVP User Tools to read the log files, but really have no idea what I am looking for. The other backup routines (C: to a sub external) works fine. Suggestions? Dan

Thanks for the quick reply, Jose. The connections are fine - I access the NAS for other uses without fail or slow down. As I initially wrote, the back up used to work fine but now is slow. Steve Smith, one of your contributors, suggested reviewing the log from the back process. How do I do this and what am I looking for?
