True Image 2016 Universal Restore Option missing in Account Product Download
Hello,
for some reason the Download-Option to download the "Universal Restore Package" is gone in my Accounts Product Download - WHJY ?
Please explain why & from where I can download that Product Component in Future ?

You can access a UR tool under the Tools menu in TIH 2016.

I took a close look into my Accounts Download Section again:
I can see 3 Options only as follows:
- Installation File
- Bootable Media Iso
- WinPE MediaBuilder
Right after I bought the Product I remember very well that the Universal Restore Component was there.
I know the Live Chat Support Function & I used it in the Past - however it is greyed out now.
I can only use the Community Support - no Idea why or how I can re-activate it ?

Thanks for your Post - Unfortunately your Response is not helpful as the Question is not where to find the Tool once it is installed, but rather where to Download it for Installation Purposes ?
Or do you mean that Utility has been integrated into the Main Package meanwhile ?
If that is the Cases I'd also wonder why there was no Communication on such a Change by Acronis ?

mx-5driver,
In the Tools section, when you select "Rescue Media Builder", you are presented with the two choices shown in image "menu1". Selecting "Acronis Bootable Rescue Media", building it, then running it will present you with the menu shown in image "menu2", which is a screenshot from a VM.
In my Acronis account, I also have the same download options as you. The previous UR option seems to be a thing of the past.
I have just installed the new update and nothing concerning this seems to have changed.

Please read the link below. Apparently there is a new and an old version of the download page. Universal Restore is on found on the old version. User Joey provides a solution to this problem in the provided link.

thanks for yoiur valueable hint - in Fact that's the first really helpful Response I got at all so far.
Even their own Support doesn't have a Clue on that Problem.
Unbelievable that Acronis doesn't even manage to properly maintain their Support / Download Websites.
Not to mention that probably a lot of Users will stumble into that stupid trap !
Thanks again with that Hint I am at least able to help myself.
Nevertheless it's on Acronis to properly maintain their Website which is obviously in such a crappy & inconsistent Shape !
