True Image blocks network start during bootup.

When booting Windows 8.1 x64 computer the network does not start and I have to reboot to get it to work. On reboot there is a message "Acronis True Image is terminating the current operations, please wait. The computer will be turned off automatically in about two minutes." Is there a way to stop this from running during boot so other services can load?
