True Image GUI doesn't start.
Hi everyone and happy new year.
For the second time I have a problem with ATI (2016 this time, but 2015 on another PC).
It seems that the problem arises after changing the "after task" of a scheduled backup.
The problem is that the ATI GUI does not start.
In the task manager, there is an Acronis True Image 2016 (32 bits) entry, but the Acronis "windows" do not appear.
I tried the Acronis "repair", but without success.
On the first PC (Windows 10 Pro), I tried to reinstall ATI, but without success too.
On this first PC (Windows 7), the only solution was to restore a system backup (thanks Acronis ;-).
I would find a better solution. Can you help me ?
Thank you.
Stéphane

Hello Steve.

Stephane, the next suggestion would be to move the .tib.tis file out of the scripts folder then see if the GUI will open?

Hello Steve.
I only have one word, you are a chef !
I would never have thought of it !
Acronis is now working properly, (well for now, the interface opens normally).
Thank you very much, you take a big thorn out of my foot (French expression, I don't know if there is the English equivalent) :-)

Hi Steve.
And in addition, I learn the origin of the expression "remove a thorn from the foot"!
What more :-)
Best regards.
