If all you were doing was cloning your HDD to your new SSD then nothing should have changed on the HDD nor should there be any change to BIOS etc.

I would suggest forcing the laptop to power off, ensuring that you have removed all CD's, DVD's and USB devices, then try restarting the laptop again.

It looks to me like your laptop may be set to try to boot the SSD before you have actually cloned the HDD to it and thus it is effectively trying to boot an empty drive.  You may need to check your boot options in the BIOS to see what order is being used when booting and if necessary change this to boot from CD/DVD, then HDD and put any external drives last.

Thanks for the response however it gets stuck pre-bios so no options are available. I sent it to service center today as i cannot do anything since the laptop is a brick.

Sorry to hear that you needed to send it to the Service Centre, hope they can resolve the issue for you.

I have to confess that I have never heard of any disk utility causing an issue with BIOS unless this is related to something in UEFI / Secure Boot in some way.
