True Image locked, can't backup anymore
Hello,
I have true image 2016, decided to pay for the cloud service and give it a try. It wasn't usable, slower that any other cloud service, Amazon backup works way faster than acronis cloud. I decided to stop using the cloud backup after a few months of trying to backup and it could never finish the upload. Amazon did it in a few hours.
The cloud service expired a few days ago and rendered the true image unusable, it does not backup anymore, it is in recovery mode, asking for a serial number or to renew the cloud service.
Am I out of luck? do I need to purchase true image 2016 again?
Thanks

I knew I should not try Acronis cloud service, another purchase I regret from Acronis, anyway, live and learn.
Thanks Steve Smith.

Pablo, as Steve said, if you had "Acronis True Image Cloud" license, it was a subscription-based license. That meant that you would need to pay every year if you wished to continue using the service. That kind of information is provided at purchase time. To be more precise, it is displayed before purchase is made, right below the product title.
The issue with backup speed was being investigated, we needed program logs from your side and never received them. Please understand that it is not possible to resolve a perormance issue like you have faced without diagnostic information from your side. Support ticket was closed automatically after not receiving an answer to our emails and subsequent 3 automatic notifications.
If you are ready to continue working with us you can try Acronis True Image 2017 Beta version for free and see if the issue with backup speed persists. Use "Send feedback" feature in the product to send us system report.

Slava,
Thanks for the reply and the offer to try your Beta program. I had too many issues with the software (you can probably check the history of my account to see how many hours were wasted trying to solve them), it was not only the upload speed, that I'll pass on the offer.
Regards.
Pablo
