True Image stopped working and crashes when I try to open it
Recently when I tried to launch True Image 2015 I got a message that says an unexpected error occured and it presents a screen to describe what happened and send to tech support. I am not even able to type in that window because Windows also brings up a dialog saying the program has stopped working and the program needs to be closed.
So I can't launch it and automatic backups have also stopped working.
The only thing I can think of is that recently I had shut the machine down in the middle of a scheduled back up and that backup was stopped but it did seem to resume fine when I started the machine back up.
It seems like a may need to reinstall.
Should I be upgrading to the newest version at this point?
Is there anything I can try other than reinstalling?
