TrueImage 2016, Accessrights

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I've installed TrueImage 2016 as administrator in WINDOWS 7, professional, 64-bit. Additional I've created 4 users as standardusers. All of them needs the admin password to launch TrueImage program.

I found a solution about user management and I done this (adding backup-operator), but it's doesn't work!

Now I need help to fix this issue!

Please explain what you did with the backup operator account and list the steps.  Screenshots would help showing the backup operators group and the accounts you added in it.  If that was done correctly, after rebooting, what happens when you launch the application as a regular user and they provide their credentails in the UAC box?  Are they supplied an "access denied' message, nothing, or something else?  The more information you can provide, the easier it is to try and help resolve YOUR issue and the more likely others will want to assist as well.  

I don't think it's possible to provide the credentials of a standard user. I've experienced the same problem that you need to be admin. See https://forum.acronis.com/forum/117424.
