Unable to select source

Thread needs solution

Just updated to Windows 10, when I go to run a backup, I can not select a source. Just get a blank screen. with no drives visible. Anyone else get this?

It also doesn't recognize my external drive, but I could get to them for the destination through browsing to the drive.

Attempt a repair of your True Image installation. Use Windows Programs and Features tool to select Acronis True Image and choose Uninstall. You will be presented with a menu from which you will have the repair option.

that seemed to work, but now the backup hangs after the initial startup. It never gets past the 392.9 MB processed and calculating the estimated time remaining screen.
