Uninstalled (finally) reinstalled. Old back up jobs listed but no option to "backup now"

I have had a 24 period of computer hell when WIndows installed Windows 10, which did not work with all my peripherals. So uninstalled.  Then ACTI 2016 did not run, update or uninstall.  Used Acronis Cleanup to remove and then reinstalled latest build

I now have all the previous schemes listed including sync to Cloud.  However for none do I have the option to "backup now".

In the systray there is an Acronis icon.  When I hover over it, it gives the name of the cloud sync task but it is on 0% complete and has not moved.  There is no progress bar when I have the cloud sync higlighted in the Acronis panel

What an earth is going on?

Can you send a couple of screenshots?  

Did you log back into your account as well through the application?  If so, you can try logging out and back in again, just to be sure.

If you are logged in, you should be able to click the "options" button to the far left of the "backup now" button and select the data and update the settings and then hopefully the backup button will be available again after that.
