Universal Restore Disk cannot find operating system

Thread needs solution

I just upgraded from TI 2015 to TI 2016.  I created new rescue media (iso burned to CD) and new Universal Restore media (iso burned to CD).  I thought I would test both CDs to make sure they worked.  When I booted from the Universal Restore CD, on my working windows 10 system, I noted that the first section of the screen said "cannot find operating system on the current machine."  Universal Restore is V 11.5.

Shouldn't the program detect that it is on a computer with a windows 10 installation (on SSD)?  If it can't detect the OS, how can it install new drivers, etc?

Thank you.

Actually, solved the problem myself.  The Universal Boot iso created from within the TI 2016 program did not seem to work.  I went to My Products & Downloads and downloaded Universal Restore from the Acronis site.  That iso was able to find the operating system on my machine, and it appears to be workable.
