Unknown operation

Thread needs solution

How can I  figure out what ATI operations are running or scheduled to run? I keep getting a message that an operation failed to run.

Stella, please download a copy of the Log File Viewer app and use this to check the Service log files for when you are getting the error message to see if this helps show what is happening.  You can also select other available log files including those for the Acronis scheduler using the Log File Type menu option in the app.
