Updating to version 6571 reports error

Thread needs solution

Dear all,

I got message from the task bar tht a new version of acronis TI 2016 v 6571 is available. Accordingly i tried to update it and it failed to install giving error message "failed to connect". I unistalled the version I had on my system, v 6569. Tried to install a fresh copy of V 6571. Again got the same error message. I think there is  bug in this version. If not what should I do now ?

Please refer to the link below.  It contains the process for uninstall, then cleanup, then reinstall.  The cleanup utility is very important in the process.  Within the link below, there is another link to download the cleanup utility.
