Upgrade from 14 to 16 License Issue

Thread needs solution

I have followed the instructions to upgrade from 14 to 16. I was told during support chat that I would not need a serial number to update. First thing I see when trying to run it is, "Enter serial number" but I wasn't given one.

There is no on-line help available. PLEASE, someone assist.

Art, I suspect when you were told you do not need a serial number, they were referring to the ATI 2014 serial number as it was already installed. If you have registered ATI 2016 it should automatically pick up the serial number from your account. If you need the ATI 2014 serial number you can get it from your Acronis Account.
