Upgrading deletes all my Syncs - What is this? (#5628)
This has happened to me twice, right now when i upgraded TI2016 to #5628 and then when i upgraded to the prior build.
The two Syncs i had earlier today are gone from the UI of TI2016 and they are gone from the UI of the Acronis Cloud web page as well, so i cannot access the files. Last time i lost lot´s of gigabytes from Acronis Cloud. I did still have the data on my computer so i had to re-upload, but should re-uploading data for each upgrade be necessary?
When the data is gone from my computer or when i have to restore the data it would be a disaster if the files are deleted just by upgrading the software.
On the attached images you can see what i see in TI2016's UI and what i see on the web page.
Does this happen to you as well?

That´s what i do, iow having the current build installed and allowing the new build to remove the current/old during upgrade.
I got a message when i launched TI2016 saying that a new build (#5628) is aviable and i just let TI2016 upgrade itself. I never got a question to uninstall the old build since, i suppose, it happens automatically in the background when installing the new build. Or am i wrong? :)

Next time, tried this. When you are alerted to a new Build, Say no.
Sign into Acronis and manually download the Full New Build version. I have a User created New Folder on the Desktop and renamed it New Briefcase. So I download all New Builds into that Folder as well as other programs from the Web.
Next manually uninstall Acronis True Image 2016 old Build. Do Not Reboot. Now install the new Build and see what experience you are seeing by upgrading this way.
See if the Syncs are still there.
