URGENT! Need help
First I apologize for posting a request for help pertaining to True Image 2013 in this section, but I have found this forum to be the most user-unfriendly that I have experienced in 30 years in I.T.
I use True Image 2013 and was running Windows 10. I had a "C-Drive" MRB failure. I had created weekly full backups to an external USB hard disk.
I attempted to restore the C-drive from the backup, however, ran into unrelated issues using Bitlocker and ultimated needed to do a fresh install of Windows 7 onto the hard disk. After the install, I was able to access the external hard disks, and re-install Acronis, however, it did not recognize my external backup files, even when I did a "browse for backup" (it saw them but did not load them because somehow the settings were no longer there).
So my question is... is there a way to re-associate the .tib files with a config file and complete a restore, or am I #^&*$@?
I tried to reach out to Acronis but they would greatly appreciate it if I would pay them some more money in order to answer my questions about a product that paid for 3 whole years ago. I have 3 internal 1-TB drives that are disassociated with my computer at present and would greatly appreciate any insight that anybody has.
Peace and respect,

Dale, you can import existing backups into the app.. see attached screenshot.
Alternatively, you can restore an image using the offline recovery media. Just be careful with bitlocker. Yuu must take your image when bitlocker is decrypted... AkA when Windows has loaded. However, you can restore that image using the offline recovery media and it will restore as unencrypted and can then be encrypted with bitlocker again.
