Windows and HiDPI

Thread needs solution

I just purchased True Image 2016 and I've very dissapointed by your lack of support for HiDPI! I have a Dell 24" 4k monitor with 200% scalling.

Your application is "aware" of HiDPI since Windows will not scale it by default but instead it displays at 100% scalling not 200% (as my system is set) with text barely visible. I bet your application is Retina ready on Mac but you are ignorant of HiDPI on Windows.

My own application (BatchPhoto) is Retina-ready and HiDPI aware on Windows 10 and we are a micro company, why aren't you able to update your hugely popular applications?

Do you have a solution?
