ZERO customer support!

Thread needs solution

It's unbelievable there's ZERO customer support; if I knew that, I'd never have bought this.

Other IT companies have live chat to immedietely take care of issues, now I can't do a backup and have to remove this from my computer!

You have live chat as well, but you have to put down a fee after 30-days unless it is a recovery issue. The fee is reimbursed if it ends up beind a product issue.

What has been your issue?

I was also getting this error message "Failed to initialize the Snapshot manager library (0x100005)".

However, I deleted the Acronis program, shut off my anti-virus and reloaded the program and I'm now able to do a backup and it seems to work fine.
