$15 rebate never came?
Did any one else justify their purchase of the 2017 TI upgrade after receiving a end-of-year promo email which included a discount price and a $15 Amazon gift card promotion?
Did any one else not receive any email from MPELL solutions?
Did any one else contact MPELL Customer Service <customerservice@mpellsolutions.com> to hear "We show that you never responded to the e-mail that was sent to you. You had to respond within 35 days to receive the gift. Thank you."?
Did any one else's perception of Acronis change because of this experience?
Curious, because that's what happened to me.

I would also contacte Acronis customer support.
However, i'm not sure what the requirements of the promo were. Just curious, but did you contact Mpell within 35 days via email and do you have a the original email and/or read receipt? If you did your part and have the information to back that up, I'd defintely provide that to Mpell and see what they say, and if it is negative, provide that to Acronis customer support to see if they can deal with Mpell or make it right.
If there was a 35 day email requirement in the fine print that has expired and you didn't meet it, or can't prove that you did, that might be another story, but still wouldn't hurt to contact Acronis customer support.
I hate rebates - the process never seems to work.

I particiapted in that promotion and received my Amazon $15.00 credit very quickly. I received the initial email from Mpell on 11/29. I folowed the instructions in th email and on 11/30 I recieved an email from Mpell telling me my reward was being processed. On 12/2 I received the email telling me how to retreive the Amazon code. I retreived the code and applied it to my Amazon account. There was no fine print in the intial email. It was very clear that I had 30 days to retreive the code.

Thank you for your responses.
After the flummox and fluster, having given them plenty of time and then learning it was too late ?!? for the rebate, agent Sylvia 800-450-1575 Customer Service at MPELL Solutions contacted Acronis and called back with the Amazon code rebate.
A search of my 43333 deleted emails and checking spam did not reveal any received email. They informed they could not provide the email but only indicated a time date stamp of when it was sent.
Glad for the final resolution.

At least there was a positive outcome and glad you got the rebate. Lesson learned though, keep a record of any online financial transactions (to include email if that's how it was done).
If it was sent and you can show when, most companines will honor that, even if they say they never got it.
I've had mixed luck with mail-in-rebates (supposedly lost in the mail and never honored another took nearly 1/2 a year to receive) so at least when it's all digital there should be some type of electronic record for yourself that you can hold onto.

Glad you were able to resolve the issue.

Hi - I am in the UK and having same problem, all done well inside the time requirements, Mpell do not reply to emails. As there is no email for Acronis customer services there is nothing else to try as the cost of phoning Mpell from UK would be about twice the cost of the rebate.

Hello Russel,

Have you submitted the UPC code with the rebate request and received a Submission ID? If yes, could you please send me following information in a personal message:
- Submission ID
- E-mail;
- Zip code
Thank you!

Hi - I did the request and received a submission ID stating an email would follow in 24-48 hours, as it did not come I emailed Mpell Souloutions twice but they did not respond.
I contacted Cleverbridge, who took the order and payment, and a very helpful young lady there forward my problem to Acronis and Mpell who sent me an email late yesterday with the Amazon voucher for the rebate so all good now thanks
