3 License product. Different user names.
Hi,
I bought True Image 2017 with a license for 3 computers. I have installed one on my home PC with one username registered to home. I took the software and installed it on my office PC, (I am a small business), and this PC already had True Image 2015 on. The program installed then it asked me to sign in, which I did with the username for the 2015 version which is different from the user that I set up on my home PC for the first installation of True Image 2017. The activation was not accepted because it said that the "serial number is already registered to another account", (Presumably the account I set up on my home PC).
What is the best way out of this conundrum? Should I just set it up with the same account from my home PC, and if this is the case how do I do this as there does not seem to be any helpful 'Back' buttons to get to the window where you enter the account details?
I did try phoning Acronis, but I refuse to pay for help for a brand new product that I have just purchased. Highly unlikely that I shall be recommending Acronis products to any of my customers if this is their attitude to support.

I've managed that. It's a shame that Acronis couldn't have put in one account per license. Anyway we'll move on and make the best of it. Once again, thanks for taking the time walk me through that.
