Account login - yes and no

Thread needs solution

Hi, new user of True Image 2017 (3 PC's and 1TB cloud).

So far I can login to my account on the web, have the client running on two PC's, and have successfully uploaded some trial backups.

But I can't login to the cloud - the cloud web access says there is no account with my login name.  Also if I try to go the the online dashboard from the client I see the same cloud sign-in webpage and it just hangs "signing in".

I've run the "AcronisCloudUS2Check.exe" to verify ports, all came back good.

Is there something else I need to do to get my account fully up & running?  Suggestions?

You will need to contact Acronis directly for this issue with your web account as we have no access to the Acronis systems involved in this area from these user forums.  Click on the Support link at the top of the forum pages, then look for the Contact Support link down the right side.
