Account tells me I only have a trial version

Thread needs solution

I bought the 1 year plan the other day, and have set up everything fine. However, even though I have added the product keys to the account, it still tells me I only have a trial version, which will run out on the 15th of this month. Just wondering why this is?

Welcome to this user forum.

I would recommend checking that you have registered your new 1 year subscription for ATIH 2017 to the correct email address as that could explain why you are not seeing it on the one showing as Trial.

You will need to contact Acronis Support directly to resolve this issue if the above is not the case, as we cannot help with licensing issues from these user forums (no access to the systems involved).

FYI, the account has been regsitered to the same email address. Each time I 'Add Key' it accepts and I get an email stating that it's been registered, but doesn't appear to update on the account. Anyway, I'll contact support direct now... Thanks.
