Acronis 2017 NG New Generation problem ref #2 Pop-up saying --Your Acronis subscription has expired and is not Active--

Thread needs solution

The problem is that at any random time an Acronis pop-up will appear saying

"Your Acronis subscription has expired and is not Active"

This is subject has been mentioned briefly in other topics however I believe it needs a topic of it's own.

There are possibilities that Aconis can be affected with other programs causing such conflict to trigger this pop-up however nothing concrete has been determined as far as I know.   Recently I removed McAffee Scan which only ran once per week, it was suggested a conflict might be causing the issue however, after removal of McAffee the pop-up still occurs.

Another suggestion was that "EaseUS Todo back-up program might be conflicting with Acronis and I am on the verge of uninstalling Todo back-up to see if this is the problem but would like to know if anyone else is having the problem ..AND.. does "NOT" have EaseUS Todo installed.  Which means that EaseUs might not be the problem afterall.

All input on the issue is welcome,  Thanks Kurt

This has nothing to do with virus and malware protection. It appears that the Acronis installation has some how got out of sync with the subscription verification process. First, make sure that your subscription is listed in you Acronis account, if not add the serial number. Next open ATI 2017, and select ACCOUNT, and confirm that you are logged in with the email account associated with the serial number. If it still says that the subscription has expired, click on "Enter serial number" (bottom right hand corner) and enter the serial number.

If that does not work, contact Acronis Support.
