Acronis Cloud Offline

Thread needs solution

I am logged in to the second PC covered under our 5-user license and I am unable to initialize a backup to the Acronis cloud. The backup destination page says it is OFFLINE. I have logged off and back on with no change.

Another PC was allowed up to backup to the cloud without a problem.  Any assistance on getting this one to do would be aprreciated.

Thomas, if your login credentials are entered correctly and the serial number entered is registered to the same Acronis account, then there is little else that I can suggest other than raising a support case with Acronis Support and let them investigate what the issue is here.
