Hello,

I have acronis true image 2017 bootable from pendrive. Everytime on my computer when i start creating drive copy after some time (about few minutes randomly) my computer resets. I have tried on two other old computers and program reboot computer in the same way. I don't check box " reset after finish" or something. My bootable pendrive works only on computer of my friend without reset, but he need to work on that computer and he cant make a copy for me for 40 hours. My question is, what could be the possible reason, that on one computer true image works, on other not ? Some bios settings should be set properly ?

Welcome to these User Forums.

If you have a valid license for ATI 2017 that is registered to you on the Acronis website, then you can sign in and download a copy of the Acronis Rescue Media as an .ISO (CD image file) and use this to either create a boot CD, or else convert to a bootable USB stick using a utility program such as Rufus or ISOtoUSB.

If you have ATI 2017 installed on your computer, you can make either the CD or USB Rescue Media directly using the Acronis Rescue Media Builder tool.  The key requirements when using a USB stick is that this should be no larger than 32GB in size and formatted as FAT32.  A small 1GB or 2GB USB stick will work fine if you have one.
