Acronis True Image backup

Thread needs solution

Hi folks,

On my Mac using Acronis Cloud I am running AcronisTrue Image via Parallels 11 and it has been running with the message under the progress bar saying:

Completed: 99%

for at least 48 hours.

On the top of the screen it says in large letters,

          Backing up...

It says: 674.12 GB of data to back up

Why has it been running for 48 hours when it says it is 99% completed? How long should this take?  Is it stuck somehow...is it finished? Please, can someone give me an answer. I've attached a screensot showing the backup screen. Many thanks in advance...Sterling

I would hit the pause button, wait about 30 seconds and then click backup now again to see if that triggers it to keep going.  From the screenshot, it's hard to say how much of that 674Gb has actually backup.  If it's only been 2 hours, I guarantee it's not done though and that 99% is probably inaccurate.  It took me nearly 2 FULL weeks to upload about 500GB... although my Comcast connection is 100Mbps download, upload is only 10Mbps up and I was averaging only about 5Mpbs upload to Acronis Cloud.

You can log into your Acronis Cloud from the web browser and see what the size of the data is there too.

I'm assuming you're in the US so it would be
