Acronis True Image Cache ?

Berny, right-click on the line showing Utilities - Acronis True Image, then take the option to View detailed results and it will show you what files it has found to be deleted, for me, it just shows a log file.

Do you have any suggestion ? Should i keep or clean this content ?

Berny, those log files should be safe to delete if you wish to clear them, otherwise, just go to the CCleaner Application tab and deselect the option for Acronis True Image to ignore files from it.
