ATI 2017, can't activate it

Thread needs solution

I did a Windows fresh install and after I installed again ATI 2017, I can't activate it

I have the serial number on my e-mail

Am I doing something wrong ?

Could anyone help me, please ?

See KB 58546: Acronis True Image 2017: Activating Full Version and KB 58554: Acronis True Image 2017: "You've exceeded the maximum number of activations for this serial number" which should help you.

Note: If you previously registered your ATI 2017 serial to your Acronis Account, then you can try signing in with your account credentials instead of using the serial number to activate the program.

I tried already.

I even reset the password, but I can't login

Last time when I had the same issue, I disabled the firewall and I was able to login but now I can't
