ATI2017 stuck at 9 minutes remaining

Thread needs solution

Hi, It seems that Acronis True Image 2017 is stuck. It states 9 minutes remaining, however been this way for 9 hours now as of writng this. I do see HDD activity light blinking and what not, just that it weird that 9 minutes turns to 9 hours and counting.

Also forgot to say that chkdsk came back clean as expected due to the nature of SAS drives.

13 hours and still counting. Still stuck on 9 minutes. Wondering if I should manually stop the process or not?

I would let it run.  The estimated time left has been the subject of many complaints for being inaccurate.  As long as disk activity continues things are still working.  Viewing Windows Task Manager will show the disk activity and other resourse usage by True Image and is a better way to tell the status of the operation.

My task manager for some reason is not showing any disk drive. However resorce monitor shows one drive that doesn't have any letter assigned to it (unmounted). They were unmounted before the cloning proccess took place. I am also currently running the OS in a diskless state AKA running a fully functional non watered down version of Windows in all it's glory in RAM.

Anywhoo here is a snapshot of taskmanager:

For some reason this forum automatically deletes the active link to the image.

It appears to not using very much CPU resources, and the drives itself shows some activity but not much, not constantly at 100% usage. The HDD LED is blinking like it normally does though.

Well, the True Image service shows some CPu activity, minimal but still shows working so I would let it run.
