Backup does not start at the appointed time

Thread needs solution

hi, I found that the backup does not start at the appointed time (am attaching my settings).
There are other settings?

Lorenzo, welcome to these user forums.

There are no other settings than the ones you are showing in your screen image.  

Do you have any other backup tasks scheduled on the same computer?

Was the computer powered off at the scheduled task time?

 

Hi,

I have the same problem that describes Lorenzo, I´m working with windows 10 32bit , and  Acronis True image 2016.

Some days begins with the back up at the scheduled task time and others days no, erraticaly. 

I have only one backup tasks scheduled all days at 3 pm o'clock and the computer is on at this time.

Can you help me?

Julio, welcome to these user forums.

Please download the MVP Log Viewer app from the link in my signature and use this to check the task log for your scheduled task to see if there are any indications there for why it does not always run on time.  You can also try looking at the Scheduler log but this is a little more complicated to read.
