bought new PC and SSD - trying to clone. Seems simple. Getting error "bootable agent is waiting for removable devices"

Thread needs solution

I watched a few videos, I think I am following the instructions, but when the PC reboots it gives me that error.  I can select Yes to wait, no to to continue and ignore uninitialized devices.  I tried to go into disk manager and initialize, there is no option to do so though.  What am I missing?  Do I have to boot to a flash drive or something? Non of the videos said to do that.  Its a free version that came with my PNY drive and the online chat person said its not supported but thats BS - thats the whole point.

Any ideas?

I called Acer, they told me I could simply switch the drives, just created a recovery file on a flash drive and start over.  Is that true, will that work?
