Rachel, welcome to these public User Forums.

What version / build of Acronis True Image do you have installed?
Do you have any other Acronis products installed?

The only hit in the Acronis knowledgebase is KB 59549: Acronis True Image: BSOD due to snapman.sys - but this really deals with an issue arising after uninstalling ATI where the uninstall hasn't worked correctly!

If you have had any other Acronis software installed then this could have introduced an older version of snapman.sys

Unfortunately, Acronis no longer provide any free support for older versions of ATI so your options for this issue are to try a Repair Install (simply to reinstall ATI 2017 without uninstalling first), or else opt to use the Acronis Pay Per Incident support service (assuming this is not a one-off incident with the BSOD). A third option would be to take advantage of the current discount offers to upgrade to ATI 2019 which would also give you free support if the problem persists.

Rachel, sorry but I cannot help further with diagnosing the BSOD or bugcheck codes.

Has anything changed recently on your computer?
Has ATI 2017 been installed for a long time and running fine during that time?
Are you seeing any other strange issues?

One possible further cause besides snapman.sys could be a failing memory module, so it may be worth running a full memory check to see if any errors are shown?

In addition to Steve's earlier suggestion about repair install, if the issue is caused by an orphaned older version of file you may fix it by uninstalling ATI then running the clean-up utility then reinstalling ATI.

The computer is only a month old (Dell Optiplex 3050).  I agree with checking the RAM, and if the problem happens again, I will be running diagnostics.
