Cannot edit or delete expired cloud backup

Thread needs solution

I keep getting notifications of failed backups to the Acronis Cloud.  That part of my account expired and I do not want to keep using it.  I do not need that backup.

Problem is that I also cannot edit it or delete it.

Ideas?

Edward, if your Cloud subscription or trial period has ended, then any backups in the Cloud would be automatically deleted after 30 days with no action needed by you.

If you still have a backup task for the Cloud backup showing in your ATI GUI, then just try removing it using the options provided - if that doesn't work, then try removing the contents of the C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\OnlineBackup folder.  Note: I would recommend stopping / ending all Acronis Services and Processes before removing these files to avoid any locks held by active services or programs.
