Can't manually download latest build of TI 2017
Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit.
Starting at https://account.acronis.com/#/products selecting "Downloads"(link is http://www.acronis.com/redirector/products/atih2017/download) I'm taken to http://download.acronis.com/AcronisTrueImage2017.exe where I receive "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" from Chrome browser and a less-useful "Unable to connect" from Firefox.
Temporary server problem, I hope?

Bert, I think that you are correct that there may be a temporary server problem at the Acronis end.
I was able to download / install ATIH 2017 NGen earlier this afternoon using the web installer version which then downloaded the full installer but took much longer than I had expected to do so.
You can try going to https://www.acronis.com/en-gb/support/updates/ then click on the version you want from there which will redirect to another download page offering a choice between the Standard and Premium (New Generation) versions for download.

Just tried that and it ends up taking me to the same place (http://download.acronis.com/AcronisTrueImage2017.exe) with the same ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED from the server.
I'll try again later.

Thank you for doing that, but I finally managed to download the build from the normal place.
I've run the cleanup program and installed from scratch, and everything seems to be working well.
