Can't update, No option to "save error log to file"

Thread needs solution

I am trying to update TI 2017 to build 8058 and every time I do I just get a window with "Update Failed".  When I click "more details", it opens this webpage https://kb.acronis.com/content/33955 which points me to instructions to create an MSI log here: https://kb.acronis.com/content/56655,  which says, "If the installation fails the product will display a window with appropriate error message. Click Save error log to file:"  But no such option, i.e., to save error log to file, ever appears.  See attached screenshots for the only 2 install screens I ever see during the process.

Any constructive suggestions are appreciated.

David, sign in to your Acronis account and look there for the full build 8058 installer to download, then run this as Administrator.
