Cloud Backup hangs at completion

I do regular hourly backups, to Disk and Cloud, using Acronis True Image.

The cloud backup appears to work fine but, at the end, it hangs with the mesage 'cleaning-up, 1 minute remaining' for a very long tme.

Although this eventually clears, it does delay the next scheduled backups mening that, effectively, I am not getting the hourly backups I was hoping for.

While in this mode, no fle recoveries or investigation of the problem can be done.

Les, please open a Support Case directly with Acronis Support for this issue as we have no access to the Cloud server systems in use for your cloud backup.

The only thought that I have at the moment is to ask whether you are running low on free space on the source drive(s) that you are including in the backup, as this could have an impact of this nature, particularly if you are doing a backup of disks & partitions where Acronis is using the Microsoft Shadow Copy Service (VSS) to create a snapshot of the data being backed up and then needing to cleanup that snapshot space afterwards.  A high level of fragmentation on the source drive(s) could also have an impact in this same area.
