Cloud Backup to UK Data Centre Fails

Hi,

I recently noticed there was a new UK data centre listed in the Acronis Cloud options. I have previously been using France. I live in the UK.

I decided to create a new back up for the UK data centre but they always fail with the messsage "Failed to get the account information from database. Check if the account is registered and set up correctly.".

I have no issue creating backups to the France data centre.

Why cannot I create a cloud backup to the UK data centre?

Contact support and ask them to change your default data centre to the UK one. (http://www.acronis.com/en-eu/support)

I have the German centre as default and now when i tested to backup to either UK or France both failed. When i tested with my default, the German centre it worked. So, i think your issue will be solved if the support change your default upload centre to the UK one.
