I'd open a support case for this. There have been some (very few that I've read here in the forum) reports of Cloud backups losing the original encryption settings in the backup script for one reason or another. It's happened to me twice. The first time, I manually copied it from another of my cloud backup scripts and pasted it in the failing one and it worked after that. It happened after the Creators update again and it just kept on failing. Didn't have the time to troubleshoot that time so I created a new cloud backup and that one worked fine. Was bummed I had to upload from scratch, but it wasn't much to push and was the fast fix. If you have a lot of data and don't want to start with a new task (which is understandable), th n to in this through tech support so they can help identify the issue, and hopefully the cause... it may be something others experience as well and your details could lead to a fix in those cases.
