Cloud only have 50 GB storage, should be 500
Hello!
So I went ahead and bought a license for True Image 2017 with 500 Cloud storage.
I started to make a backup to the cloud which failed after only 50 GB. In the desktop application it says 450 GB of 500 GB free, but when I go to "Acronis Cloud" it says I only have 50 GB? I wonder if I have missed any step to add the storage to Acronis cloud?
Maybe it is simply because 2017 is so very new, I didn't know it was only a couple of days old before coming to this forum!

I have both serials registered under "My Products & Downloads":
Acronis True Image Subscription for 1 computer
Acronis True Image Storage 500 Gb
It seems to me that something went wrong with transmitting this information to Acronis Cloud. I suppose I will wait a couple of days and then if the problems persists contact the support.

Feel free to contact technical support too. If something is wrong with the registration, licensing or cloud service, they should be able to help get those resolved. If you have 2017 cloud.

I think you need to contact Acronis support - live chat is probably the best option. The 'selectable' cloud storage is a new feature and it was not something that could be tested by beta testers, so there could be a general issue with the way things work if you opt for non-standard cloud backup. The standard seems to be 50gig, and different selection may not be being sent to the cloud server management module. It is complicated by the one year subscription having bonus cloud backup to 500 gig.
