Cloud storage space confusion

Looking at the files that I have listed on Acronis Cloud, I thought that I had over 1 TB of my 2 TB available.  Today, I received an email telling me that I've used 1,895 of 2,048 GB.  How or where can I see the amount of storage used as shown in the email?  It would seem that this is necessary to be able to manage the available space.

When I tried to select options for one of my online backups in the desktop app, I received the error msg shown in the attachment.  My Internet connection is working OK and I've tried to restart the program as suggested, but haven't gotten this to work.

Steve, you will need to open a Support Case for this issue directly with Acronis as we have no visibility or access to the Cloud servers to try to see why there is such a difference between what you can see and the email they have sent to you saying you are getting below 10% free space!

NOt sure if this is related - seems a little different, but if the online login says you still have 1TB+ free and received an email stating your quota is nearly full, I think they're related.  You can send a PM to Ekaterina from her linked post to see if she can help clarify if that is the case, or not.

Thanks for the replies.  The situation that Ekaterina describes sounds very much like what I'm experiencing.  Appreciate the help!
