Dashboard feature for one-time licenses

Hello,

I purchased 5 one-time licenses of ATI 2017 without a cloud subscription.  If I understand the licensing options correctly, you can buy either a one-time license or a subscription that contains a nominal amount of cloud storage.  For my 5 computers, 2 of them don't show up in the Dashboard.  For the 3 that do show up, backup status is not being updated in the Dashboard.  

For those of us with the one-time license with no cloud storage entitlement, is the Dashboard feature something that is supposed to be working?  (If not, seems like the program should check the license and remove the feature from the user interface)

Paul, you need to ensure that all of your computers are signed in to your Acronis account within the ATIH 2017 GUI on the Account page, then they should register in the Dashboard for status etc.

If you still have problems with the Dashboard after doing the above, then please open a support case with Acronis as we have no access to the systems used by Acronis for these Cloud and Dashboard functions.
