Email Attachment (Singular)

Thread needs solution

When sending an email to support, one can only attach a single attachment. They say to use The "Send to" option to Compressed File to send multiples, but that creates separate Compressed Folder for each file you want to send, so you are in the same bota, can only attach one !

When I have wanted to send multiple attachments, I zip them into a single zip file and send them that way, just attaching the single zip file.

Once you have a Support Case open and an email diaglogue open, then you should be able to send attachments using your normal email program or they will provide you with an FTP Server address and credentials to upload files to.  I use the free FileZilla FTP program that works very well for this purpose.
