Enter your old serial number??? / Geben Sie Ihre alte Seriennummer ein???

Thread needs solution

Hello everybody,

I am new to this forum and also a new customer at Acronis, which I recently purchased "Acronis True Image 2017" full version.
After the installation I have 64 digit number and then suddenly comes an old serial number of previous product in the second field, which I did not have. How should I get the old serial number, or did I overlook during the installation something?

Can somone help me?

ich bin neu in diesem Forum und auch ein neuer Kunde bei Acronis, die ich vor kurzem "Acronis True Image 2017" Vollversion gekauft habe.
Nach Installation habe ich 64 stellige Nummer eingeben und dann kommt plötzlich eine alte Seriennummer von vorherigen Produkts im 2. Feld, die ich sie nicht hatte. Wie soll ich die alte Seriennummer bekommen, oder habe ich während der Installation etwas übersehen?

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Adam did you purchase an upgrade license or full license? If you purchased an upgrade you need the new license key to enter first and then it will prompt for the old license key to activate the upgrade.

Yeah, recently I found out that I bought the upgrade version instead of original version (standard). I have a license for upgrade version only. I want go to chat support but they are closed (button is grey). I think they are opeining from Monday till Friday only. So I have to wait up to Monday. Thanks for helping me! :-)

Chat should be 24/7. However you must pick a category and sub category before the button is active to chat. Pick customer care and then registration and account issues. The chat button should turn green so you can proceed then.
