Entire PC -backup to Cloud Options

Thread needs solution

I have made Entire PC -backup to Cloud and now when I try to go to Options I got an error:

"An error occurred either during connection or on the server". Error code: 0x01900009+0x01900001

Who can help me?

Ambe, please download / use the MVP Log Viewer app which may show you any messages related to your Cloud backup task, though this won't explain the error when trying to look at the Options for this task.

The Options issue / error may indicate that the Cloud server is not available - so please see KB 47145: Acronis Cloud Connection Verification Tool and use this to check your connection to the Cloud server.  See also KB 4350: Acronis Backup to Cloud access ports and hostnames if you are not sure which Cloud tool to use.  You should normally choose the access port that is closest to your geographically,

If you still have a problem, then please open a Support Case directly with Acronis as only they can check the Cloud server status at their end.
