You should try log out of your Acronis Cloud account and then log back in.

Looks to be a server issue (probably).  See this post:  https://forum.acronis.com/forum/56854

You should open a direct tech support ticket with Acronis to verify and/or troubleshoot if need be.  You have 2 years technical support with your purchase so you can always put it to good use.
