Fail to clone

Thread needs solution

I just bought a Crucial mx300 750g SSD which contains an Acronis true image serial number,

So I tried cloning my internal HDD to my new SSD using TI and it fails.

I don't have a SATA to USB cable, so I used an enclosure that I can insert my SSD in and connect to my laptop.

The problem is when it reboots, error message pops up in black screen.

It says runtime error: can't find 0x000 something, then I get to choose if I want to boot in Window or go to File explorer,

I could find Acronis in the file explorer and I tried it, same error occurs and go back to boot or file explorer option.

My laptop is HP pavilion 15,

and the internal HDD and a new SSD are exactly the same size(Capacity).
